Annex "A" A schematic map or maps, as the case may be, of the state of Israel, marking the borders and boundaries of the IEC Districts and including a computerized scheme marking (i) the Backbone Network layout, including markings of all existing Backbone Nodes and all existing Backbone Network Cables, distinctively marking Backbone Network Cables connected at both ends to DWDM Equipment and Backbone Network Cables which are not connected at both ends to DWDM Equipment; and (ii) a table specifying the number and bandwidth of all Optical Wavelengths readily available for potential use by Telecom, through exercise of the Optical Wavelengths Right of Use, on any Backbone Network Cable connected at both ends to DWDM Equipment; all - as existing and planned on the Effective Date and as may be updated by IEC from time to time.
