This Electronic Statements and Electronic Notices Agreement and Disclosure is between the Roberts County National Bank and the undersigned bank customer (Customer’s acceptance of this agreement by clicking on ACCEPT represents signature). Roberts County National Bank may be referred to as “bank”, “we”, or “us”. Customers may be referred to as “you” and”your”. Electronic Statements and Electronic Notices may be referred to as “the service”, “e- Statements” and “e-Notices.” This Agreement and Disclosure sets forth the terms and conditions for any use of the Service. Please read this agreement carefully.
