THIS AMENDED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT , hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACT " is made and entered into this 151 day of October , 2014 by and between the CITY OF DANA POINT, a municipal corporation , hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and Brian E. McClure, hereinafter referred to as "MCCLURE".
