This Interconnection Agreement For Narrowband Commercial Mobile Radio Service (NCMRS) (this “Agreement”), under Sections 251, 252 and 332 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”), is effective as of the 1st day of September, 1999 (the “Effective Date”), by and between New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic – Rhode Island (“BA”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02110, and Page Mart Wireless, Inc. (“PageMart”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 3333 Lee Parkway, Suite 100, Dallas, Texas 75219 (each, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
