THIS REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 1st day of July 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Conejo Valley Unified School District, a political subdivision of the State of California (“District”) and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation (“Club”). District and Club are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
