This is an agreement between you and the Verrado Assembly ("VA") and the Verrado Community Association, Inc. ("VCA"), Arizona non-profit corporations, together "VA/VCA." In addition to the terms below, it specifically incorporates as though restated in full herein the Terms of Use established by DMB White Tank, LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Verrado”) including all of the rights granted to Verrado.
