PROPERTY OWNER AGREEMENTProperty Owner Agreement • October 13th, 2021
I, , (“Property Owner”) hereby elect to enter into this Agreement for the Palm Island Resort Service Program (“RSP”) with ISLAND HARBOR BEACH CLUB, LLC (the “RESORT”). Property Owners who participate in the Palm Island Resort Service Program are entitled additional benefits and services which are not otherwise available. Participation is voluntary and the associated fee is not intended to represent the total cost of these benefits and services. The costs of these additional benefits and services are, for the most part, paid by the successful operation of the Resort Rental Program.
