The Home Buyer’s agent, MlsToSell.com, Inc., agrees to pay the Home Buyer a home rebate equal to 50% of the received cooperating commission as stated on the MLS listing of purchased property, or other negotiated commission amount paid to MlsToSell.com after property is closed and the transaction is complete. The Home Buyer will receive 50% of the commission paid by the seller to MlsToSell.com, Inc. (An office fee of $295 will be deducted from rebate and paid to MlsToSell.com, Inc.).
