THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT are members of the Lower Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization and have land that drain surface water into the Mississippi River. This Agreement amends the Revised and Restated Joint Powers Agreement between the members. This Agreement is made pursuant to the authority conferred upon the parties by Minn. Stat. §§ 471.59 and 103B.201 - 103B.255.
