Adviser shall provide Client with discretionary portfolio management services, which may include the strategic organization, structure and management of assets, and the coordination and selection of other professionals. Client will also complete a statement of investment selection or other suitability forms (collectively referred to as “statement of investment objectives”) that details Client’s financial profile and the assets that are subject to Adviser's management (the “Account”). BayRock typically requires a minimum of $50,000 to open and maintain an advisory account, however, we may waive this minimum account size at our discretion.
