The New Canaan Teen Center, Inc. (the "Outback") facilities may be rented for team dinners, meetings, social events, and cultural activities, provided such use does not conflict with the Outback's own programs and operations. All rentals shall be governed by the following Guidelines, and the same may be amended from time to time by the Outback Board of Directors.
