Nature of the Activity: Fussball Club Cincinnati, LLC (“FCC”) is a professional soccer club that plays its home matches at Nippert Stadium at the University of Cincinnati (“UC”) and participates in the Major League Soccer (“MLS”), which is a professional soccer league consisting of a number of teams (including FCC) in numerous states (the “Teams”). FCC, the MLS and individual Teams conduct many activities that involve participation by parties who are not employed by FCC, UC, the other Teams or the MLS. Some of these activities include, but are not limited to, team tryouts, halftime and post-match activities at matches, team promotional events, special events, soccer clinics, and soccer camps. In this document, these activities will be referred to collectively as the FCC Activities. Some of these involve participation in soccer-related activities such as games, drills, skill or fitness tests, conditioning, and soccer instruction.
