Note: You are referred to herein as "Participant." You must be a shareholder in the PLGIT Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of the Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust (the "Trust") in order to enter into this agreement (the "Agreement") with U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. (the "Advisor") for investment advisory services in connection with your direct purchase of certificates of deposit ("CDs") through the PLGIT CD Purchase Program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by PFM Asset Management, a division of the Advisor.
