Tenants must observe the Knotts Apartments ESA policy to receive accommodation and waver to the Knotts Apartments “no pets, no animals” contract policy (line 29). ADA regulations stipulate a prospective tenant or tenant receive approval and that accommodation by the landlord is given BEFORE tenancy begins or obtaining an ESA if already a tenant.
