An annual pricing agreement, with four (4) additional one year renewal options, to provide custodial items and general cleaning supplies to be stocked and distributed by the Central Warehouse to schools and departments throughout the District. Forty-seven (47) items bid, forty-four (44) items are recommended for award. Items #19, 43 and 44 are deleted from the bid award due to no qualified bids from vendors. Items will be purchased on an as needed basis to replenish the Central Warehouse inventory during the term of this agreement. Recommend Bid award(s) to the lowest bidder(s) meeting specifications.
