PREAMBLE: This lease contains the agreements between Lessor and Lessee concerning rights and obligations of both Parties. This agreement shall supersede, nullify and take precedence over any previous written or Oral agreements. This lease may not be changed without written, signed agreement of both Parties. Lessee is not in the US Military and not dependent on someone who is. Once You and Owner sign this Lease You and Owner will be presumed to have read it and understood it. You and Owner admit that all agreements between You and Owner have been written into this Lease.
