HOLLISTER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 24, 2014 (the “Commencement Date”) by and between American Railcar Industries, Inc., a North Dakota corporation (the “Company”) and Mr. Jeffrey S. Hollister (the “Executive”). WHEREAS, the Company desires to employ the Executive on a full-time basis and the Executive desires to be so employed, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Company and the Executive agree as follows:
