As authorized by the City Council through Resolution 2021-_1_9, approved on February 9, 2021, this Amendment No. 2 to the Employment Agreement Dated November 4, 2014 is made and effective July 1, 2021, or upon the retirement of the Human Resources/IT Director, whichever comes first, between the City of St. Helena (“City”), a municipal corporation (City) and DR. APRIL MITTS (“Dr. Mitts” or “Employee”) collective “the Parties.”
