This SuiteCloud Developer Network Community Agreement ("Agreement") is between the entity or individual indicated in the applicable registration form (“Developer”) and NetSuite Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 2955 Campus Drive, Suite 100, San Mateo, California 94403 ("NetSuite"). This Agreement is entered into as of the date that NetSuite approves Developer’s submission to join the SDN Community (the “Effective Date”).
