This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between NEX Worldwide Express, Inc., D/B/A Shipnex.com, a New York, USA Corporation ("Shipnex.com"), and you, as an Affiliate user of the Shipnex.com service ("You", "Your", "Affiliate").
