THIS WATER SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made on (“Effective Date”), between the Seaside Groundwater Basin Watermaster (“Watermaster”) and the Marina Coast Water District (“MCWD”), individually “a Party,” collectively “Parties.”
