THIS GRANT OF A CONSERVATION EASEMENT is made by and between , (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), and the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), as a holder of a Conservation Easement pursuant to the provisions of s. 281.36(8m), Wis.
