This application contains information for contractors to qualify to access solar photo- voltaic (PV) financing under IPC’s Solar PPA and Solar Roof Lease. Eligible Contractors will operate as independent entities responsible for all aspects of PV system installation and commissioning under the terms of the Solar PPA and/or Solar Roof Lease and associated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement (the “EPCA”), if they enter into such EPCA with IPC.
