THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the CITY OF LENEXA, KANSAS (hereinafter “LENEXA”),and the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK (hereafter “OVERLAND PARK”) each party having been organized and now existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (hereinafter LENEXA, and OVERLAND PARK may be referred to singularly as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
