THIS AGREEMENT made as of the date written below by and between the City of Burleson, Texas, a government entity, hereinafter referred to as CLIENT, doing business at 141 W Renfro Street, Burleson, TX 76028, and Mission Critical Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER”, both hereinafter also referred to individually and collectively as “Party” or “Parties.”
