This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Agreement (as defined in the Order Form) entered into by and between (defined below as the “Controller”) and Cyberint Technologies LTD. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Cyberint”). Any terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the commercial agreement between the parties (the “Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Addendum shall supersede and control.
