This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms an integral part of the separate commercial agreement(s) between Vendor and Cadence, each on behalf of themselves and their Affiliates (together, the “Parties”) that pertains to the purchase by Cadence of products and/or services from Vendor (“Commercial Agreement”). This DPA governs the processing of any personal information that Cadence may make accessible to Vendor, effective as of the last signature hereto (“Effective Date”).
