This Agreement for the Pavement Resurfacing and Cost Sharing of Dual Jurisdiction Street Sections (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2019, (herein the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Campbell, a California municipal corporation (herein “CAMPBELL”) and the Town of Los Gatos, a California municipal corporation (herein “LOS GATOS”). CAMPBELL and LOS GATOS may be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”).
