This Agreement, effective January 1, 2008, is made by and between Rotary Futures Program, Inc., a Florida corporation, c/o Andrew J. Britton, P.A., 401 Johnson Lane, Suite102, Venice, Florida, 34285, (“RFP”) and The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, 1960 Landings Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida, 34231, (“School Board”), for and in consideration of one dollar and 00/100 ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged;
