This Agreement regarding participation in the City’s Ten Year Capital Plan (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the _ day of January, 2018, by and between the University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, an educational corporation and instrumentality of the State of Vermont (“UVM”) and the City of Burlington, a Vermont
