WHEREAS, this agreement (together with all attachments hereto, this "Contract") confirms the engagement by PREPA of EY to perform the Audit Services (as defined in Part II hereof) and the Attestation Services (as defined in Part hereof). Except with respect to the use of capitalized defined terms or as otherwise expressly provided herein, Part of this Contract shall apply to the Audit Services and Attestation Services; Part shall apply only to Audit Services and Part III shall apply only to the Attestation
