The General Terms and Conditions as set out herein are agreed between SFI Energy Pte Ltd of Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Buyer as defined below (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to apply to and are incorporated into all offers, quotations and all agreements for the sale(s) of marine fuel and other products whether or not contained in or evidenced by the Seller’s Sales Confirmation issued for the said sale(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “Sales Confirmation”).
