This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among plaintiff Lalisa Jones (“Named Plaintiff”) and all those on whose behalf she is prosecuting this action (each of them a “Plaintiff” and all of them “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and defendant Washington State Employees Credit Union (“Defendant” or “WSECU”), on the other hand, as of the date executed below, subject to Preliminary Approval and Final Approval as required by Washington Civil Rule 23. All references in this Agreement to a “party” or the “parties” shall refer to a party or the parties to this Agreement.
