THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of June, 2021, by and between the Board of Trustees for the UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN COLORADO (“University”) and Andrew Hale Feinstein (“Feinstein”). University and Feinstein may be referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
