This PRECEDENT AGREEMENT ("Precedent Agreement") is made and entered into this day of December, 2013, by and between Southeast Supply Header, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Transporter"), and Southern Company Services, Inc., an Alabama corporation, as agent for its affiliates Alabama Power Company, Georgia Power Company, Gulf Power Company, Mississippi Power Company and Southern Power Company (collectively, "Shipper").
