in order to be added to the Wait List for a _______________(insert unit type) once my application has been approved. I understand that if I cancel any time prior to an apartment coming available that I will receive a refund of my holding deposit, however, application fees are not refundable. When I am contacted that an apartment is available, I will have 24 hours to accept the apartment and schedule a move in date. If I do not confirm within 24 hours, the apartment will automatically be offered to the next person on the Wait List. I may choose to remain on the Wait List, however, if I cancel, I understand that my holding deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that it is my responsibility to notify the apartment community of any change in phone numbers so that they are able to contact me. I also understand that approval of my application is only valid for 90 days and that I must be re-qualified if I remain on the Wait List longer than that timeframe.
