This Intergovernmental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this day of July, 2023 by and among Hall County, Georgia (hereinafter the "County''), a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, the Town of Braselton, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the City of Buford, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the Town of Clermont, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the City of Flowery Branch, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the City of Gainesville, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the City of Gillsville, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the City of Lula, Georgia, a municipal corporation, the City of Oakwood, Georgia, a municipal corporation, and the City of Rest Haven, a municipal corporation (hereinafter the "Municipalities"), acting pursuant to validly adopted approvals by their respective governing bodies. The County and the Municipalities do hereby agree as follows:
