By purchasing a subscription to Project MUSE®, the Institutional Subscriber agrees to the terms and conditions below. Institutions subscribing to MUSE through a consortial arrangement need not sign an individual Agreement for MUSE, but each consortium is responsible for informing all of its Subscribing Members of the terms governing Project MUSE access. All reasonable efforts should be made to ensure that Authorized Users at the Subscribing Institution are aware of, and abide by, these conditions.
