Delaware Management Company, a series of Macquarie Investment Management Business Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, joins this Agreement solely for purposes of paragraphs 8.2, 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 and abrdn Inc., a Delaware corporation registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, joins this Agreement solely for purposes of paragraphs 5.12, 8.2, 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3.
