THIS AMENDMENT #01, hereinafter referred to as the “AMENDMENT,” entered into between AARP Foundation, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Partner” and the South Florida Workforce Investment Board, hereinafter referred to as the “SFWIB,” amends the Memorandum of Understanding, hereinafter collectively with amendment referred to as the “Agreement” between the SFWIB and the Partner dated July 1, 2022 and expiring June 30, 2024.
