This contract for photo booth services is entered between North Kansas City Schools (hereafter known as the Renter) and KC WeSpin 360 Photo Booth Services hereafter known as KC WeSpin 360). It will be a pleasure to provide a photo booth for your Convocation event on the date of Friday, August 16th at the location of Hy Vee Arena 1800 Genessee St, Kansas City, MO 64102. The fee we agreed upon is $1,155.00 based on 3 hours of photo booth services and 3 attendants at $85.00 each. Each additional hour beyond the service period will be an additional $300.00 per hour. A non-refundable r etai ne r f ee / deposit of $577.50 is required to reserve this date. The balance of $577.50is to be paid no later than 10 days prior to the event in cash or via credit card, Cashapp, or Zelle (additional fees will apply) Please note: Personal checks are NOT accepted.
