Limited Liability Company "Creditexpress Finance", represented by its General Director Louis Paul Martin, acting on the basis of the Company Statute, hereinafter referred to as the “Cedent”, on the one hand, and COGILANE HOLDINGS LIMITED, represented by its Director Carl Henning Bensland, acting on the basis of the Company Statute, hereinafter referred to as the “Cessionary”, on the other hand, jointly referred to as the “Parties”, have entered into the present Agreement as follows:
