This Data Processing Addendum (this “Addendum”) is made and entered into between Cyber Security Cloud, Inc., a Japanese corporation (“CSC”), and Customer (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) as an addendum to the Terms of Use available at https://www.wafcharm.com/en/legal/ (the“Agreement”) regarding the collection, retention, use, and disclosure of personal data by CSC. This Addendum shall remain in effect as so long as CSC maintains Personal Data (as defined below) provided by Customer or collected by CSC on behalf of Customer.
