This Facility Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2021 ("Effective Date") by and between the CITY OF WARRENVILLE, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (“City”), and TUNES OF GLORY PIPES & DRUMS, INC., an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“User”) (collectively, the City and User are the “Parties” and individually each is a “Party”).
