This is a legal agreement between CERTA PAYMENTS LTD., a company having its legal address at 423 Richards Street, Unit 170, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6B 1L4 Canada and operating under the name CERTA PAYMENTS LTD (“CERTA PAYMENTS LTD”) and the entity accepting this agreement through the Site (as defined below) (“User”). User’s use of the Platform Services, as defined below, is subject to these terms of use (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms in this Agreement are defined in the Glossary at the end of this Agreement if not otherwise defined in the provisions below.
