This draft agreement may be modified after the contract award to conform to common standards and practices within the Internal Audit Consulting industry. Vendors are not required to submit contract exceptions with their RFP response. If Citizens and Vendor are unable to agree on final contract terms, the contract award will terminate and the parties will have no further obligation to each other in connection with the RFP.
