Sub-Recipient GCTD will provide a weekly route from Prairie City to Walla Walla Washington with stops in the following Umatilla County rural cities of Ukiah, Pilot-Rock, Pendleton, Milton- Freewater and Walla Walla Washington. GCTD will promote and encourage a culture of safety in which public transportation personnel attend regular trainings will provide oversight and monitor the route. GCTD will gather ridership data for quarterly/annual reporting. GCTD will assist with the public awareness and education of the Umatilla County residents by providing route schedules and listing the partnership on their website.
