Note: This Data Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”) forms part of a contract of a service with the Processor through the acceptance of the terms of the service by the Controller on Collect.chat’s website (www.collect.chat). This agreement shall reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of Personal Data. In the course of providing the Services to the Controller pursuant to the Agreement, Collect.chat may process Personal Data on behalf of the Controller and the Parties agree to comply with the following provisions with respect any Personal Data, each acting reasonably and in good faith.
