This document explains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of electricity from Reliant Energy Retail Services, LLC, d/b/a Reliant (Reliant, we, our, us) for Qualified Customers. Your contract with us includes the Terms of Service and your Offer Agreement, which is your enrollment authorization in writing, by telephone or internet and your Miscellaneous or Outdoor Lighting Electricity Facts label (EFL), if applicable. Qualified Customers means non-residential customers with Service Addresses served by Reliant that have non-interval data recorder meter(s), an aggregated peak demand of greater than 50 kW or kVA, and are designated under the Secondary Service and Lighting rate class(es) by the TDSP (“Customer, you and your”) By accepting electric service from Reliant, you are entering into a contract with us and you will be bound by the provisions of the contract including the Terms of Service.
