These Terms Of Use are a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User,” “you” or “your”) and, if you are either an advertiser located in the United States of America or a publisher (regardless of location), AppLovin Corporation, a Delaware corporation, or if you are an advertiser not located in the United States of America, AppLovin Limited, a company registered in Ireland (individually and collectively, as applicable, hereinafter referred to as “AppLovin”).
